EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Operations Associate
West Indies Rum Distillery Limited, a leading manufacturer of rum and rum-based products for local, regional and international markets, has opportunities for an individual to work in the post of Operations Associate on a casual arrangement as the need arises.
Essential duties include operating Bottling Plant equipment, participating in inventory management and control, and assisting in other areas of the Operations Department as required.
Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Other Characteristics:
1. Minimum of two (2) C.X.C. passes or equivalent including Mathematics and English Language.
2. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
3. Sound analytical and mathematical skills.
4. Must be physically fit with the ability to work in a shift system.
5. Must be a punctual, disciplined individual who is able to work with minimum
supervision.
